It is my belief that we naturally tend towards healing and that with support we can all reclaim our health in every aspect of our lives. This helps to improve the functioning of the central nervous system and in turn many other systems in the body. It has many benefits including a very positive impact on stress, muscular-skeletal restrictions, headaches\/migraines, common gut dysfunctions, autoimmune disease, chronic illness, anxiety, depression and autistic behavior.
